consume

The mind processes different information based on what you consume. For instance, I had a small piece of chocolate and my heart rate rose. I couldn't think like I normally would. Because of the chocolate. It numbed my response mechanism and all I could feel was up.

But then the down comes and you feel weak and tired. Therefore, your body wants more of the endorphin ingested. Same goes with coffee. Same thing happens no matter what we eat.

Coffee is interesting, the ups are advanced and mind expanding but the downs can put you real down and depressed and hyper, needing more caffeine to fulfill the balance.

Did you just blink?

Fruits, for example, have the same effect. The natural sugar. Only in moderation though. An apple a day, keeps your heart as happy looking an apple, but then again the sugar. Little sugar in vegetables.

Carbs turn into sugar, so bread and pasta no no. I don't even like writing this, but meat offers heart problems as well. Vegetable products will change the way your brain gathers information as well as keep lean and nutritionally fulfilled.

Maybe this makes sense, or maybe it doesn't matter.

Stay aware from sugar. And fulfill the balance.
